Where does Mediation Take Place?

A family mediation can be performed as an in-person meeting or virtually through the Zoom platform. The quality of the mediation does not differ whether the session is held virtually or in-person. Although an in-person meeting has been the preferred method for many years, a virtual meeting affords the parties an additional level of convenience and security. Virtual mediations can be scheduled around traditional work hours and can save on any commuting time. Parties tend to feel more relaxed when mediating out of the comfort of their own home as opposed to an impersonal meeting space.

In-person mediation is offered to those families living in the South Florida area, specifically Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. The mediations are conducted at a law firm in Boca Raton, Florida. However, only South Florida families have the option to mediate in person. Virtual mediations are offered to any family within the state of Florida. Should the parties request even more virtual options, Jenny can mediate through phone calls, text messages, and emails.
